Istanbul, across two continents, is an important economic and trade hub city. Is she the hub of the Eurasian flower trade? With such question, “Hortiflorexpo China 2012” project staffs of the China Great Wall international exhibition Co., LTD. on their investigation trip to "Turkey flower show".

It’s the 1st exhibition of "Turkey flower show" with 10,000 square meters. There are 270 enterprises from over 22 countries and regions (including 189 from local, 44 from Italy, 13 from Germany and 1 from Taiwan) participated in the show. Traditional ornamental plant and nursery occupy the big proportion of more than 70%; also can find some exhibitors of flowerpot, tools and fertilizer; floriculture exhibitors are rare.

Turkish is interested in China floriculture industry but knows little. Turkey is the potential market not only for Chinese merchants but also for the Eurasian flower traders. Istanbul is the right hub for Eurasian flower trade that we need.
